At COINMII.COM, we understand that shipping is a critical part of the online shopping experience. That’s why we’ve created this shipping policy to help you understand everything you need to know about our shipping process. WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping POLICY

We offer free USPS Ground Advantage Shipping shipping on orders over $25. We also run Promotional Offers for Free Shipping from time to time.

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping. Rates can be found in the next section. Expedited Shipping does not typically change the processing time unless an arrangement is made by contacting support via email at [email protected]. Expedited processing may require an additional fee depending on the request. Any applicable fees will be discussed before the order is processed. Otherwise our typically processing time will apply. See the Processing section for more details.

Shipping Methods

Due to factor outside of our control, all shipping times are estimations and not guaranteed transit times. They do not include processing times which vary from 1-3 business days.

  • Standard (2-4 Business Days) Cost: $4.00 – $6.00
  • Expedited – USPS Priority (1-3 Business Days) Cost: $9.00 – $12.00
  • Expedited – UPS Ground Shipping (2-5 Business Days) Cost: $9.00 – $12.00

Prices and transit time are for reference only. Shipping Charges will vary by order based on items ordered. The price of shipping will be provided at checkout.

Processing TIME

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Depending on the volume of orders, handling time will vary between 1-3 business days.
Business Days are Monday-Friday. 8am-5pm CST. Excluding holidays. For any orders submitted after 1pm CST, the first day of processing will be considered the first business day following.

Order Tracking

We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order and stay updated on its delivery status.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free USPS First Class shipping is not valid on international orders. We are constantly evaluating eligible countries for International Shipping. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us so we can explore solutions for you. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Typically, we do not estimate delivery dates for International Orders. This a result of elements outside of our control with transit times, customs, and carrier handoffs. From our experience, International orders can be expected within 21 days of shipping.

We do not refund shipping charges once your order has been shipped unless it is an error on our behalf. Shipping charges as a result of Buyer’s Remorse or undeliverable\incorrect addresses are non-refundable. If we cause the error then we will cover the charges.

Damaged Goods: In the rare event that your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please include images of the package and damaged merchandise to help us expedite the claim and replacement of your item. Please keep in mind that we have to submit communications to the shipping company so please be clear and concise with your verbiage.

Lost Package: In the rare event that your order is lost or stolen during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please keep in mind that we have to submit communications to the shipping company so please be clear and concise with your verbiage.

Returned to Shipper: It is very important that you provide us with accurate shipping information when you submit your order. You shipping address is processed with the shipping carrier exactly as you provide it during the order flow. This process is 100% automated from order form to shipping label to prevent any human error. In other words, COINMII.com doesn’t touch your shipping information and if there is an address error it would be from user input at the time of the order. We are able to edit your address if you recognize an error and send us an email request to update it. As long as this request is made before the item has shipped.

In the case that a package is undeliverable or returned to shipper, you will be responsible for the postage to reship your package. We will provide you with a link to pay for the postage after your item has been returned and ready to reship.
