Is COINMII LEGIT?

Recently, we’ve been asked this question by more and more potential customers. Of course, we do everything in our power to assure them that we are legit and we stand by the products we offer.

There are several “Algorithm driven websites that are using 100% AI to determine the “legit-ness” of sites with 0 human intervention. I refuse to link to these sites because I believe that will just further legitimize their service and it is nothing more than clickbait. I’ve reached out to the site owners for several of the sites asking how we can prove our worthiness, and while some of have authentication processes, none of them have responded as of this article being written. How can sites have the ability to destroy reputations of (very) small businesses, but not be available to discuss? It’s mindboggling.

Now, how do you know you are covered when you shop with us? All payments are made with secure payment processors that have very customer-friendly buyer’s protection policies. Stripe, Paypal, Klarna, etc all put the customer first and these are the companies we use for our payments. We have 0 payment methods that we handle directly ourselves. If you dont get what you pay for, we do what we can to make it right. So lets just be honest and avoid speaking with all the “fluff”. If we were scam site, then we wouldnt last very long using these 3rd party processors since we would just get charged back, and wouldn’t we go for higher dollar items?

So rest assured, we use these 3rd party payment processors for a couple of reasons:

1) We dont want that responsibility.

2) Using 3rd party companies ensures both the customer and the merchant are safe.

Our feedback speaks for itself. Yeah we don’t push every customer to submit reviews on our site, but our ebay feedback shows we will bend over backwards to ensure you get what you pay for.

Can you make characters that aren’t listed here? What about custom art?

Yes I will make characters that I do not have listed specifically.  As far as custom art, I try my best to stick to the templates that I have. All custom art will require an additional charge.

How long does it take for you to ship?

I try my best to ship within 1 day, but depending on my schedule it could take up to 3 days to ship.

What service do you use for shipping?

My preferred shipping method is USPS with Tracking. You can expect a 3 day delivery usually.
